So, he who shall not be named is the new President. Number 47.

At this point, let me not dwell on the many ways he is unfit based on his proclivities, temperament and world view. Though that would be easy and scratch a rant-worthy perennial itch, let me instead try to juxtapose some of his old actions, or lack thereof, against America’s decision to bestow upon him another term of our planet’s most powerful presidency. (Gotta love the alliteration, no?)

Back then, he got us out of the Trans-Pacific Pact because it was Obama’s doing. And also, it had the word “Trans” in it. This time, he’s getting us out of the Paris Agreement because, well, who needs a clean environment anyway? It’s all against the tenets of capitalism; Big Oil must be protected.

Who needs the W.H.O.? I mean we came out of the Pandemic like everyone else, didn’t we? Albeit with far greater deaths per capita than any other nation, but hey, we’re America - everything’s big. Even the death toll numbers.

45 began the Muslim ban and family separation back then, and 47 will want to end birthright citizenship now. It matters little that that’s part of the 14th Amendment to the bloody Constitution, but yeah - OUT! All these non-white people becoming “Americans” and voting with their wokeness and foreign culture - who needs that? Sure, it will be contested in court, but that’s just 47’s way of keeping everyone busy with identity politics so that he can get on with the real work of dismantling the government.

And grifting. Let’s not forget grifting.

Women’s rights - hah! There’s an oxymoron for ya! Women’s health - forget it. 45 played a critical role in the demise of Roe v Wade back then, and now - everything else is on the table. Well, off the table.

Cheaper drugs? Pfff!

Putting a Nazi to lead the Department of Government Efficiency, affectionately called “DOGE,” was a master stroke. Nick Fuentes, eat your heart out. NTSB says Tesla is has the highest fatal crashes? Well, off with the NTSB because they’re just so inefficient. Brilliant!

It’s all coming together beautifully, you see. After all, this IS who we are. A country of white Christians under God, for the rich, by the rich. And everyone else can just be enslaved deported.
